WCTE Gets Ready for Stations of Imagination 2017 at Fall Fun Fest

Cindy Putman, PCSS and WCTE Ready To Learn Project manager, invites you to join her along with special guest co-host Jessika Chubb for this week's edition of the WCTE Get Ready To Learn radio show. Jessika is WCTE’s Stations Of Imaginations Project Manager and she and Putman will be sharing exciting things that are going to take place at WCTE’s largest free family event.
WCTE's Stations of Imagination (SOI) will take place on September 8th and 9th around the Putnam Court House Square on Jefferson and Spring Streets and everyone in the community is invited to attend.
This free annual event is held in conjunction with Cookeville's Fall Fun Fest. Stations of Imagination offers hands-on activities, interactive games, live entertainment and more! It's an opportunity for the entire family to come out and have a great time together.
On September 8th & 9th, children of all ages will have the opportunity to meet beloved PBS KIDS characters, participate in fun free activities, enjoy entertaining shows, and learn all sorts of great new things.
This years special guest from Sesame Street Workshop is Elmo.

Join WCTE's Get Ready To Learn Community Collaboratives for Early Learning Media members Putnam County School System and Putnam County Library at the 2017 WCTE's Stations Of Imagination. This year Putnam County School System invited a special PBS KIDS guest, Curious George. Stop by the PCSS and PCL "Building Brains" booth, check out the PBS KIDS Design Process, and get "Curious about Learning" with Curious George.
Jesika shares about the team approach that WCTE is taking this year to make SOI a success. Her team consist of Reggie Brown, Jodi Pitts, Carmen Ramey, Celeste Flatt Bennett, and Shannon Terry. Each of them is working with community partners, sponsors, and PBS to make this the best family friendly event in the Upper Cumberland.
