OCTOBER 6, 2012 - GRANVILLE FALL CELEBRATION-
The Granville Museum will celebrate their fall event on October 1nd consisting of the 13th AnnualGranville Quilt Festival, the 9th Annual Jazz On The Cumberland and the 7th Granville Storytelling Festival.Granville Quilt Festival
 
DEDICATION of SUTTON HOMESTEAD  10:00 a.m.

Ralph Maddox Memorial Motorcycle Show 10:00 AM - 3PM 
  
STORYTELLING FESTIVAL 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM 

JAZZ ON THE CUMBERLAND 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
 
 
The Quilt Festival will be held in the historic Granville United Methodist Church known for its beautiful stained glass windows 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  This years event will honor the Memory of Mrs. Dora Carter Halfacre.  Over 100 quilts will be in competition and on display.  For rules or questions, contact us through this website, write to Granville Museum, P.O. Jazz on the Cumberland will be held at the Granville Veterans Park on the banks of the picturesque Cumberland River/Cordell Hull Lake beginning at 12:00 Noon featuring Jackson County High Jazz Band, The Blues Brokers, The Big Band Sound and Direct Hit 129th ARMY R&B Band.
 
Dedication of Sutton Homestead
will feature Guided Tours Sutton Homestead,1950's Service Station & Antquie Automobile Museum,
Sutton Blacksmith Shop, Grismill, Basket weaving, Smokehouse & Corn Crib, Cast Iron Cooking,
Soap Making, and Arts Celebration.
