46th Annual Cookeville-Putnam County Christmas Parade

December 3rd, 2012, at 7:00 pm (Rescheduled)

The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce carries on its tradition of hosting the longtime local holiday celebration, the Cookeville Christmas Parade. This year's theme, Memories & Mistletoe, evokes the feelings of comfort and warmth of days gone by.

WCTE president and CEO Becky Magura and Dr. Walter Derryberry will serve as the Grand Marshals for the event. The parade starts at 7:00 pm and will begin at Washington Avenue & 7th Street and end at the Cookeville Depot Museum. The Christmas tree lighting ceremony has also been rescheduled for Dec. 3 and will take place at 5:30 pm on the front steps of the Cookeville Performing Arts Center.

WCTE does not broadcast the parade live, but we will air the parade on the following dates:

Fri. Dec. 14th @ 9:00 pm
Sun. Dec. 16th @ 4:00 pm
Fri. Dec. 21st @ 10:00 pm
