The 6th Annual Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival will be held Saturday, October 19 in Cookeville’s Dogwood Park at 30 East Broad Street in downtown Cookeville.

This craft brew festival is a major fundraiser for WCTE-Upper Cumberland PBS.

Blues & Brews has become a fan favorite among Upper Cumberland festivals where patrons can find a unique collection of 100+ craft beers from Cookeville, the Upper Cumberland, Tennessee and beyond. The Featured Local Brewers area will return this year with Red Silo, Calfkiller, Hix Farm, Jig Head and more! The TN Home Brewers Association from across the state will be doing on-site demonstrations as well as tastings.

Get ready to jam out to some awesome blues music! This year we are excited to announce our TWO new bands, Bad Mojo & Few Miles On. Live music will be played throughout the day starting at 11 am.

The festival kicks off at 11 a.m. with the VIP Stein Social, a social hour for VIP patrons, brewers and vendors only, followed by General Admission from 12-5 p.m. VIP ticket holders can enjoy complimentary food and beer pairings in the hospitality tent, changing throughout the day. Buffalo Wild Wings, Char, and other local favorites will be featured in the VIP area. A variety of other food vendors will be onsite with a large selection of unique and delicious food options including The Chubby Donkey, Smoking Paws, Naked Salsa, and MORE!

Tickets are $40 advance purchase for general admission and $75 advance purchase for VIP. Designated driver tickets are also available for only $15. Visit wcte.org/brews to reserve your ticket. Those who register to run in WCTE’s Haunted Half Marathon also on October 19, 2019 at 7:00am, can purchase Blues & Brews tickets at a discounted rate.

“Blues and Brews is the best grownups event of the fall and I have so much fun getting compliments for my talent at pulling beer which I have done the last 3 years,” says Nina Lunn, UCBC Board Member.
