WCTE Meetings
WCTE Upper Cumberland PBS is a not-for-profit public television station governed by a board of directors, known as The Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council. Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council, committees of the Board, and the Community Advisory Board are generally open to the public, although certain meetings, or portions of meetings, may be closed in order to address confidential or proprietary matters.

UCBC and CAB will conduct scheduled meetings that are open to the public. If necessary, we will schedule a virtual conference call.

WCTE PBSI is a member of the Tennessee Public Television Council. TPTC is made up of the six public broadcast television stations which operate in the State of Tennessee. The six Tennessee stations are Memphis (WKNO), Martin/Lexington/Jackson (WLJT), Nashville (WNPT), Cookeville (WCTE), Knoxville/Sneedville (East TN PBS), and Chattanooga (WTCI).
TPTC conducts quarterly scheduled board meetings that are open to the public, and are held virtually, with the option to have an in-person meeting when necessary. If an in-person meeting is scheduled, that meeting address is Nashville Public Television 161 Rains Ave. Nashville TN.
