WCTE Meetings
WCTE Upper Cumberland PBS is a not-for-profit public television station governed by a board of directors, known as The Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council. Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council, committees of the Board, and the Community Advisory Board are generally open to the public, although certain meetings, or portions of meetings, may be closed in order to address confidential or proprietary matters.

UCBC and CAB will conduct scheduled meetings that are open to the public. If necessary, we will schedule a virtual conference call.

2025/2026 Tennessee Public Television Council Board Meetings (Public Notice):
Tennessee Public Television Council ("TPTC"):
WCTE is a member of the Tennessee Public Television Council. TPTC is made up of the six public broadcast television stations which operate in the State of Tennessee.
The six Tennessee stations are Memphis (WKNO), Martin/Lexington/Jackson (WLJT), Nashville (WNPT), Cookeville (WCTE), Knoxville/Sneedville (East TN PBS), and Chattanooga (WTCI).
The TPTC FY 26 dates include:
Q1. Tuesday, September 23 9:30am-11 am CT (Virtual Meeting)
Q2. Tuesday, November 18 9:30am-11 am CT (Virtual Meeting)
Q3. Tuesday, February 24 9:30am- 11am CT (Virtual Meeting)
Q4. Tuesday, April 21 9:30-11 am CT (Virtual Meeting)
TPTC conducts quarterly scheduled board meetings that are open to the public, and are usually held virtually. For meeting information or to request an opportunity to attend virtually, please contact your local PBS station. Any TPTC in-person meetings will be hybrid and therefore the public may request to attend virtually by contacting their local station.
