🦕 WCTE's Summer of Dinosaurs *Premieres June 16th

Dinosaurs are roaring back to life on WCTE PBS.
This summer, travel back in time with Walking with Dinosaurs, an epic new six-part series co-produced by BBC Studios and PBS. More than 25 years after its groundbreaking debut, this iconic series returns with cutting-edge science, state-of-the-art visual effects, and unforgettable storytelling.

Step Into the Prehistoric Past

Walking with Dinosaurs isn’t just a nature documentary—it’s dinosaur drama at its finest. Each episode follows the story of a real dinosaur, discovered by today’s top paleontologists. From fossil beds to thrilling visual recreations, you’ll witness the triumphs, challenges, and mysteries of these long-lost creatures like never before.

🦖 Meet the fleet-footed Albertosaurus, a deadly predator that may have hunted in packs and could reach speeds of up to 30 mph. With fossil evidence pointing to feather-like coverings, this T. rex cousin is as fascinating as it is fierce.

🦕 Get to know the mighty Pachyrhinosaurus, a plant-eating giant with a keratin-covered nose boss and a unicorn-like horn. Imagine herds of 40,000 of these horned dinosaurs migrating together across ancient landscapes—one of nature’s earliest epic road trips.

Science Meets Spectacle

With the latest research and digital wizardry, Walking with Dinosaurs brings ancient bones to life and gives viewers a vivid, scientifically grounded glimpse into Earth’s distant past. Every frame is backed by fossil findings and interpreted through the eyes of today’s most respected dinosaur experts.
